Terms of Service

Last updated: August 10, 2026

Nochero (operated by Saranyx LLC) provides AI-powered phone answering, call triage, and booking services for home-services businesses. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

The service

Nochero answers calls to numbers you provision or forward, speaks with your callers, records and transcribes conversations where permitted, and books appointments on your behalf. You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information, prices, and policies you configure.

Call recording

Recording notices are announced to callers by default. You are responsible for keeping the recording disclosure enabled where the law of your state or your callers' states requires consent for recording.

Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled anytime, effective at the end of the billing period. Phone-number charges are passed through at cost.

Acceptable use

You may not use Nochero for unlawful calls, robocalls without consent, harassment, or any use that violates telephone-consumer-protection laws.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the three months preceding a claim. Nochero is not an emergency service and should not be relied on to dispatch life-safety responses.

Messaging program

Nochero Dispatch Alerts. When your AI dispatcher classifies an inbound call as an emergency, we text the on-call people you have added in Settings → On-call with the service address, the caller's callback number and a link to the live call, and then phone them in order. By adding someone to that list you confirm they are your staff and consent on their behalf to be paged; they may opt out at any time.

Message frequency varies with your call volume — typically one message per emergency call, to at most four people. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Texts to your own customers, where you enable them, are sent in your business's name under your own messaging registration, and you are responsible for consent from the people you message. See our Privacy Policy for how mobile data is handled.
